Challenge

Friendly City Inn’s limited marketing efforts were affecting their ability to attract new customers.  

With a target audience centered around 25 – 65-year-old parents with kids in college, outdoor enthusiasts, and travelers; they knew they would need to increase the effectiveness of their website and social media channels to appeal to their primary demographic.  

Solution

Thanks to a grant Friendly City Inn was awarded back in 2022, they had an opportunity to update their marketing materials. When the innkeeper, Becca Graham, was considering how to use those funds, she knew she wanted to use a visual medium to tell the story of their beautiful inn.  

When we met with her and her team, we discussed the importance of focusing on the beauty of the property and all that it has to offer. This included the additional romantic or celebratory packages that they offer guests. That way, potential customers had a full picture of all they could experience during their stay at the Friendly City Inn.  

Results

With targeted videos for social media and their website that capture the heart of the inn, Friendly City Inn can attract new customers and continue to grow their brand.
