Customer Marketing Videos Reflect the Spirit of Community at King’s Grant
Challenge
King’s Grant, a vibrant independent living community in Martinsville, VA, is committed to “Inspiring a Spirit of Community and Well-Being.” As part of that mission, the organization identified the need to increase awareness around two key service offerings: its outpatient rehab therapy program and its independent living options. Without improved visibility, there was a risk of missing meaningful opportunities to connect with individuals who could greatly benefit from these services. Whether helping someone recover through physical, occupational, or speech therapy—or offering flexible, customizable independent living—King’s Grant needed engaging content that would inspire action and reinforce its role as a trusted partner in lifelong wellness.Â
Solution
To meet this challenge, we partnered with King’s Grant to produce two unique 30-second customer marketing videos designed to build visibility and emotional connection around their services. The approach: an engaging and evergreen content strategy tailored to each audience segment. While short in length, each video was designed with intention—visually appealing, message-driven, and authentic. Whether showcasing their commitment to personalized care or capturing real-life experiences from residents, the videos were crafted to reflect the organization’s core values and drive new inquiries.Â

This video featured new drone footage of the King’s Grant campus, supportive b-roll visuals, and a professional voiceover, culminating in a warm on-camera appearance from Amy Seidle, the Rehabilitation Services Director. Her direct call-to-action gave the video a personal touch and encouraged viewers to reach out or visit the website. The piece puts a face to the program and helps establish immediate trust—essential for promoting one of King’s Grant’s newer service offerings.Â
Independent Living Services Commercial
This emotionally resonant video focused on an active, independent couple who shared what they love about life at King’s Grant. Their story, supported by thoughtful b-roll, created an emotional pull designed to resonate with older adults or their loved ones who are seeking both freedom and belonging in their next stage of life.Â
Together, these customer marketing videos now serve as powerful evergreen marketing tools—flexible enough to be used on digital platforms, in paid campaigns, and across social media.
