Customer Marketing: Lantz Construction

Construction company builds a vibrant video library to showcase work to prospects.

From the Client

“They bring to the table strong expertise in not only video production, but in marketing overall. Appeal Production could simply produce a video based on what I’d like to accomplish, but they do a great job of listening to my vision, providing professional marketing feedback, and having the dialogue instead of just skipping to the end and pushing some canned solution. It was very individualized based on what we needed.

I’d highly recommend Appeal Production to anyone looking to build and sustain a solid video marketing campaign with a trusted partner.” – Arianna Williams, Marketing & Communications Director at Lantz Construction Company

Challenge

Lantz Construction Company, a high-quality design, and construction company located in Broadway, Virginia, had dabbled in video production before we started working with them. When their new Marketing and Communications Director, Arianna Williams, joined the team, she knew the power of video and wanted it to be at the forefront of their marketing efforts.

Solution

To help Lantz increase their use of videos, we met with Arianna, listened to her ideas, and reviewed her ambitious list of video marketing needs. We started by honing in on who Lantz is, what differentiates them from their construction competition, and what they wanted to accomplish before designing a video marketing plan around their goals. We understood this would not be a ‘one-video, magic bullet’ type of project.

Results

Since this initial meeting, we now work with Lantz monthly on their video marketing to continue to increase their brand awareness. Lantz continuously receives positive feedback from clients, employees, and the community about seeing their brand.

Along the way, Lantz’s needs have changed from the original video marketing plan, and that is okay. We have been flexible so we can meet their current needs while still creating videos around their overall goals.
