Valley Automation, Inc., a leader in automation services for industrial and municipal clients across the United States, was struggling to get their message out there to attract the right employees. Despite their extensive expertise and track record, Valley Automation was concerned that potential candidates were unaware of their company and the opportunities they offered. Solving this brand awareness and recruitment issue was crucial for the company to effectively delegate work and expand their client base.

Solution

To address Valley Automation’s recruitment hurdles, we crafted a series of videos: Identity, Regional Work, and Mentorship. Identity was a short 30-second ad that illustrated Valley Automation’s company culture and branding to those who might now know what type of work they do. Whereas Regional Work and Mentorship were longer on-camera interview-style videos with their current team members. These individuals used their company knowledge and expertise to speak directly to potential employees.
